Print Media
Print Media originated from the 13th century, where the technique was used to create mass copies of images and texts on various surface materials through etching, lithography, screen-printing, and wood blocking. These techniques brought into the contemporary art world, combined with digital technology and photography, allow artists to explore their life experiences and other contemporary topics in their works. Print media has a very important role in society and is used as a medium to share information and communicate with the international community. This is why print media should be seen as a bridge crossing the boundaries of fine art, popular culture, mass media, and combining all of them.
